1. Payment Policy

At Dimension Tech, all services require full payment in advance before any project begins. This policy ensures the smooth initiation, progress, and completion of work without unnecessary delays related to invoicing and payment processing.

2. Importance of Pre-Payment

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and intellectual property, Dimension Tech does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Knowledge-based services, including software development, website creation, and video production, cannot be "returned" once executed.
Intellectual property, proprietary strategies, and technology solutions cannot be rescinded, making refunds infeasible.
Software services operate on a month-to-month basis, meaning clients can cancel at any time but are not eligible for refunds for the current month. The cancellation will take effect in the next monthly billing cycle.

4. Credit Policy for Service Adjustments

While refunds are unavailable, clients may earn credits for project modifications:

If a client decides to change course after payment has been made, the remaining value may be transferred as credit toward another service within Dimension Tech.
For example, if a video production project shifts direction, credits may be applied to alternative video projects or relevant services.
Credit value may not be converted to cash but can be fully redeemed within Dimension Tech’s suite of offerings.
