2. Scope of Services

By engaging with Dimension Tech, you acknowledge that all services are delivered according to industry best practices, proprietary knowledge, and specialized expertise.

3. Payment & Billing

• Pre-Payment Required: All services must be paid in full before Dimension Tech begins any project.

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of intellectual property and customized digital solutions, refunds are not provided for completed work or ongoing software usage.

• Credit Policy: If project scope changes after payment, credits can be applied to alternate services within Dimension Tech.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Custom-Created Solutions: All software, website designs, video productions, and digital assets created by Dimension Tech remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a separate agreement.

• Limited License for Use: Clients receive a non-exclusive, limited license to use services solely for their intended purpose.

• No Unauthorized Reproduction: Clients may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute Dimension Tech’s intellectual property without prior approval.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete project specifications necessary for service execution.

• Dimension Tech is not liable for delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late client inputs.

• Clients must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright, data privacy, and industry-specific regulations.

6. Service Modifications & Cancellations

• Software Services: Clients using subscription-based software may cancel at any time, but cancellations only take effect in the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current month.

• Project Adjustments: If a client requests modifications after work has begun, additional fees may apply based on new scope requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dimension Tech provides services "as-is" and makes no warranties regarding third-party integrations, software compatibility, or unforeseen technological disruptions.

• We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to service performance, including financial losses due to website downtime, software errors, or marketing campaign results.

8. Confidentiality & Data Security

• Protection of Sensitive Information: Dimension Tech takes reasonable measures to safeguard proprietary data but is not responsible for cybersecurity breaches beyond our control.

• Third-Party Services: If our solutions integrate with external platforms, clients are bound by those third-party terms, and Dimension Tech assumes no responsibility for third-party data handling policies.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• All agreements with Dimension Tech are governed by United States of America Laws.

• Disputes must first be resolved through mediation, and if unresolved, they may proceed to binding arbitration before formal legal action.

10. Updates to Terms

Dimension Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or website updates. Continued use of services signifies acceptance of any updates.
